Application Process

* The application must be printed, filled out and returned to the program office by the application submission date.
The application process involves several different steps, which include: an application form, essay, copies of college transcripts, a copy of high school diploma or GED (if applicable), three reference letters, clinical observation, entrance examination and an interview. The sooner the application process is started the better chance we have to review your records and determine whether you meet the Minimum Academic Requirements. If there are any courses that are needed to meet the requirements, we may be able to direct your attention to those courses to better enable your chance of completing the application process for this year. We encourage individuals to go ahead and submit the application items as they are completed or become available.
A new application to the Good Samaritan Hospital Radiography Program must be submitted each year, regardless if the individual applied the prior year. New application packet, for the next year will be sent out after the January deadline upon request.
Applications are accepted year-round. The application deadline is Friday of the first full week in January. The program start date for a new class is the third Monday of May. Program orientation is scheduled for April, date to be announced after class selection.
