Insurance Co-Pay's Apply

The Convenient Care Clinic operates as a physician office and NOT an urgent care facility. This allows us to accept any applicable in-office co-pays for your payment and your insurance carrier will be billed the difference. This differs from an urgent care center or emergency department where, generally, higher co-pays and/or deductibles would apply.

What to expect during your visit

Upon arrival at our clinic, our medical staff will review your history, paying particular attention to your current symptoms and concerns, followed by a thorough examination. If specialized care is not required, an individualized treatment plan will be developed and you will be instructed on any medications or additional therapy needed. Patients with more severe conditions may be referred to Good Samaritan Hospital's Emergency Department.

To health expedite your registration process, you will need the following

  • A photo ID, such as a driver's license
  • Your health insurance card
  • A list of prescription medications, over-the-counter medications or herbal remedies you are currently taking.
