Average Prices for Select Services
Good Samaritan Hospital provides estimated average prices for many common procedures to help you with making informed health care decisions. Your actual price and the amount you owe may vary due to a number of circumstances including, but not limited to, the following:
- Additional testing, medications, services or procedures ordered
- The procedure planned may not be the procedure performed based on your physician's assessment
- Pre-existing health factors such as obesity, diabetes or smoking may impact your medical needs
- If you have insurance, your insurance type, deductibles, coinsurance and/or out-of-pocket limits will determine your final Good Samaritan Hospital bill. To get the most accurate information, contact your insurance company to understand your actual financial obligation for a test or procedure.
Prices include Good Samaritan Hospital equipment fees, staff time, supplies, and room and board (if applicable).
Good Samaritan Hospital prices DO NOT include physician's fees such as your surgeon, anesthesiologist, specialist, or radiologist. Each physician will bill you separately for services rendered. Please contact the physician's office directly for price information. If your physician is a hospital employed physician, you may contact Physician Services at (812) 885-3453 for physician price information.
