We strive to provide the best overall experience for our patients, but that doesn't stop when you check out. Part of our commitment is assisting you with financial concerns pertaining to your hospitalization.
Your hospital bill represents the charges for services you received at Good Samaritan Hospital. If you have any questions or would like to have your bill explained, please contact Patient Accounts at 812-885-3325.
Services provided by your physician or affiliated sources are not included on your hospital bill. You will be billed directly from their billing offices.
For your convenience, you may pay your bill by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, money order, or cash.
We also accept Medicare, Medicaid and all private insurance. We are a provider for the following managed care plans:

Prequalification is available for planned procedures such as surgery. If you have any questions about Managed Care plans, please call 812-885-3685.
*Refund Policy: Any overpayment on an account is reviewed on a daily basis to determine what caused the credit balance on an account. If the patient is due a refund as a result of overpayment and they do not have any other account balances due, the credit will be refunded to the patient within 60 days.
