His academic journey began at the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from 2001 to 2005. Building upon his undergraduate success, Dr. McIver pursued a Medical Doctorate at Johns Hopkins University from 2005 to 2009.
