James Pischke, MD

About James

James is from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Brigham Young University-Idaho. James is proud to say that he has a supportive spouse, and they have two small children. He has a history of interest and effort in helping the afflicted and underserved. Before school he served 2 years as a missionary in Romania. James spent extracurricular time in the AHEC scholars program studying the psychosocial aspects of medicine. He has shown a sincere desire to understand and bring relief to others, having been of service to his fellow students as a mentor, and a volunteer in the school associated free clinics. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. He is an accomplished musician, playing guitar, piano and harp. He also enjoys archery and makes his own bows.
