I have be going to Dr. R. Lao for quite a while now 1-2 years. I really like him and I feel he cares about me and my concerns. He spends time and doesn't rush you. He even has his nurse Teresa call me to check on me on his days off. That shows concern .
Teresa is Fabulous, I can't say that enough. She to is very caring for her patients. She has gone way out of her way to help me with health questions, insurance concerns, and more! She is a blessing to Dr. Lao, myself and all that need her help.
I can't forget Collen(?). She too is also very helpful, and good at her job. She's really good with people.
This is one of the first offices that they get you in on you appt .time or before. I've never had to wait.
Office rating 5*

I was sent here By Midwest ENT for my 4 year old sons swallow study on 11/16/20. We got checked in and arrived to the radiology desk on time for our appointment which was at 11:00 am. We sat and waited for 35 minutes before being called back. The two ladies that performed the study were great. One nurse was trying to feed my son the food to perform the study. My son did not like the food that was offered to him first so she tried to give him vanilla pudding. He took a very small bite and said he didn’t like that kind of pudding and that he liked chocolate. Then he wouldn’t take a bit. After about two minutes of her trying to feed him, they asked if I wanted to try. I told them yes. I tried to feed him this pudding he did not like for about 3 minutes. He wasn’t wanting to take bites because he didn’t like what was offered to him. Then the second nurse came around the corner and said that the doctor left and said they didn’t have time for this! I couldn’t believe it and they both seemed to be in shock as well. I had an APPOINTMENT for this, I took the ENTIRE day off work, I pulled my son OUT OF SCHOOL for the day, I drove OVER AN HOUR just to get to this appointment, as well as an hour back home and the doctor “didn’t have time”?! I was floored. How much time did they allot for this? 5 minutes? Ridiculous. I told the nurse that I want something done because my son really needs help and that I took off work just for this. They both gave their sincere apologies and said there was nothing they could do because the doctor left and they can’t read the study. The one nurse told me she was so sorry and I wouldn’t be charged for this. (That’s how bad it was!) I will absolutely never come back to this hospital to be treated that way again. So so unprofessional! Maybe they should give small children options of things they actually like to eat instead of forcing them to eat things they don’t. That would be like someone trying to force myself to eat liver, I wouldn’t want to either! If that doctor didn’t have the time then they never should have scheduled our appointment yesterday. They obviously need someone with more patience to work with small children.

I went to quick care in Washington because my little one gave us a scare with a high temp. Their service was good as it could be with COVID-19 but I did not feel they were thorough. I decided to go to Good Sam for a second opinion and as usual they eased all my worries. I forget the nurses name but she was AMAZING!!! Lab was AMAZING (Patty and I don’t remember the other) and Dr. Peyton was AMAZING!

Everyone a Good Samaritan is the best. Ali McCrary does a great job with the gift shop and really cares about her volunteers. Today I had my annual mammogram and was very impressed with the Covid precautions. Melissa in receiving was so great and fast. Very friendly. Crystal in mammography was extra caring and knowledgable. Their new technology is amazing I used to get my mammograms in Evansville until the Breast Center told me that Vincennes was number one in the field I now agree Don’t hesitate to get this important test. Pain Free. I enjoyed visiting with Crystal. Thanks for having such great employees that we can trust

My experience deserves more than 5 stars! I visited the ER due to lower back pain. I had already visited Daviess Community Hospital and had not so great of an experience so later visited Good Samaritan. My experience was outstanding due to nurse practitioner Thomas, my nurse (who’s name I did not get), and the ultrasound gentleman (who’s name I did not get). They all were very personable, understanding, and made the 6 hour visit bearable. I have to applaud nurse practitioner Thomas as I have had him the last few times I have visited the ER and not only myself but my family is always extremely satisfied with how he handles us.

Very satisfied with the doctor and her nurses.
Dr. Bodensteiner recognized that I was committed to be free of the medication I've been taking for so many years. Opiate dependence is not any fun. She guided me through a step-down program and different methods of medicinal treatment that eventually enabled me to be drug free. If it takes a couple years or so then that's what it takes. Trust her instincts and follow her instructions and you can do it too. Dr. Bodensteiner actively engages in the MyChart app and her cheerful and thorough nurses do as well which keeps me involved and saves time and money for everyone. I can actually get a question answered without having to schedule an appointment. Proactive and professional! 5 stars!!

Lori and Nancy Shirley are two of the most extraordinary nurses I have ever met. If any nurse should be a role model, it should be both of these amazing women. They are the true meaning of what a nurse should be.
Dr. Fleshman was honestly the best doctor in this country. She does such amazing work and always makes sure you are okay. As a Christian, I was thrilled when she mentioned she is a Christian doctor and asked if I was okay with praying with her.
If not for these three women, Good Samaritan would not be where it is today. Words will never be able to explain how amazing they truly are.
