Lucas Pittman, FNP-C

About Lucas

Born and raised in Switz City in Greene County, Indiana, Lucas Pittman, FNP-C, began his career in health care at Good Samaritan in 2013 as a Student Nurse Extern/Psychiatric Nursing Technician on the LaSalle Inpatient Unit. He then went on to become a registered nurse in 2014 and now has completed his Master’s of Nursing from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana. Pittman has always had a passion for helping others and wanted to become a nurse practitioner so he could do more. “Upon entering my last year of nursing school, I applied to Good Samaritan and accepted a position on the LaSalle Unit working with psych patients,” said Pittman. “I liked it a lot and wanted to continue seeing these patients and remain at Good Samaritan.” He and his wife, Melissa, have two children, Makayla and Caleb. Together, they enjoy camping and like to take weekend trips in their camper to Evansville and Indianapolis.
