She listened very carefully answered my questions, and really made me feel like she cared she did an awesome job.
If the staff wore name tags, I would feel more comfortable talking with them.
I've got a cold. I hope you can understand me. She did very well and she had me walking without pain in my leg. But then after she dismissed I fell in the afternoon. It's just all to do over again, so I'll have to call you later. She really did a good job, and I was walking with a cane. I just really really got along good, but then I fell in the bedroom and it just hurts just as bad now, thank you.
Ann was very sufficient and she took care of me in a precise manner and I would be very willing to go back there again. I appreciated her work a lot. Thank you.
I was there for 2.5 hours No sense of urgency or customer service
The wait was long due to having only one provider. I felt terrible with strep and there was a lack of comfortable seating accommodations for waiting that long. Probably the illness talking.
It was a crazy busy morning at the quick care clinic. The busiest I've ever seen it. My husband and I were both seen. My husband is outside the Good Samaritan network but I'm in the network. We were cared for in a timely manor. We both received stellar care. My husbands experience was so good he has decided to look for a new Dr. that is in the Good Sam networking system.
They were short people and I could hear the nurse practitioner on the phone with a personal call as I waited.
Was not called in the order in which we signed in which created a small delay. Someone who came in after us was called before us. I saw them sign in so I know they did not sign up online. Other than that, things were good.
I filled out all the paperwork in the lobby and both the nurse and NP kept asking me redundant info. I had JUST completed the paperwork, so Im surprised they just didn't take the time to read what I had put down. I felt that the ENTIRE staff was less than professional and did not have a welcoming demeanor.
