nothing really to complain about, really
They got us in. They got us in for the day. However, we did have over an hour wait to be actually seen, and when we were seen, we were told to use over the counter medicines for her swollen tonsils, which are still swollen today, and we've used Benadryl and Ibuprofen. And then, when I called back, cause she had said if it had been more then a couple of days, she would have called something in, but since it had just started to follow those instructions and call her back. i was very pleased with my first visit to the office of dr. orourke. lyndsey vanshyock, np, was excellent in her care for me.
I set an appointment up from home, when I received the appointment I was to go at 10:50, when I walked in the door. They told me 2 o'clock, when I was called up to the counter. I was told they didn't receive no feedback from me for an appointment, which I had the the text messages showing that I did, the lady at the desk was very mixed up by that and she did take and get me in there finally, but there was several people in there and I thought that the idea was that you could get the appointments ahead. They seem to have no actual knowledge whatsoever. Did not really diagnose me with anything told me that it was just probably some viral thing and they couldn't help and sent me packing. I went to my regular doctor got a antibiotic immediately and got better from that antibiotic. So your people need to be trained better and know what they're talking about.
She didn't seem to know medication and she didn't listen.
Staff very nice and understanding was very nervous but they made me feel at ease very glad I chose them to be my provider
Lindsey listened and addressed all my problems that l told her. She has a very caring bedside manner , and told me to call her if l needed too regarding my new prescriptions. I liked her and felt very comfortable..
I thought that she was very informative for me. Thank you.
I had requested the doctor do my exam, because I don't like women doing stuff like that, anyway, but... I mean, anyway, but they did it and they did a good job but I really don't, I really didn't, I really didn't feel very comfortable.
