the check in procedures is the only thing that needs work. Since I use all providers associated with Good Samaritan and they all use the Epic system, it seems that their clinic should also be tied in to the Epic system.
It would be nice if the providers wouldn't look all the time at the screen and have a conversation with the patient.
nothing really to complain about, really
They got us in. They got us in for the day. However, we did have over an hour wait to be actually seen, and when we were seen, we were told to use over the counter medicines for her swollen tonsils, which are still swollen today, and we've used Benadryl and Ibuprofen. They seem to have no actual knowledge whatsoever. Did not really diagnose me with anything told me that it was just probably some viral thing and they couldn't help and sent me packing. I went to my regular doctor got a antibiotic immediately and got better from that antibiotic. So your people need to be trained better and know what they're talking about.
She didn't seem to know medication and she didn't listen.
