Patient & Family Engagement Council

Good Samaritan values the patient experience and encourages patient and family engagement in health care decisions.

That is why the organization has formed a Patient and Family Engagement Council (PFEC). The PFEC features 10 community members who have personally been a patient at Good Samaritan, or whose family has been a patient at Good Samaritan. This council meets on a monthly basis to provide feedback and creative solutions for program development or improvements within Good Samaritan.
