About Barbara

Barbara has the distinction of being our first resident from Chicago! Clinically she is interested in geriatrics and stigma. Like all of our interns this year, her prior work experience is quite diverse; from bartending, to marketing, to caregiving - there isn’t much she hasn’t done. She stood out in her interview due to her love of fantasy and her extensive collection of Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter items. Her nerd credentials also expand to gaming and crocheting! She will fit in well during a resident hobby retreat.
