Dr Gatchalian was very knowledgeable and kind.
I was being seen for the first time. My Dr had left and suggested going here and have me one more place to go but thought this would be his first choice. She made me feel so uncomfortable about the meds I was on and why. She acted like for the last 3½ years my prior Dr wasn't right but she said she will review my chart and see me in a month. I'll go back one more time but if it's like the visit, I won't be back.
Yes, I really appreciated the way she took care of me, and I would ask my family to go to her. She's very very well educated, and she helped me tremendously. Thank you.
Yeah, she does a great job. I enjoyed her. She was good. And that's all you say.
I can't pronounce her name but Dr. Gatchalian however, you say it. She's excellent. She told me things that my doctor has been lying to me about telling me everything was okay when I found out yesterday I have emphysema. She is very good doctor, for my first visit she listened and heard me and she explained things. Thank you.
Awesome customer service. Awesome customer service
I believe that if she paid more attention to what I'm telling her and less the attention to what she thinks that my diabetes and I've had for 50 years and it would be much better and her just harping on with diabetes and then anything else is wrong with me. That's all.
First visit. Therefore will not give an opinion of level of care. Need to have tests to see what is found and how the provider chooses to proceed with my care.
So glad office connected to hospital records...saves time filling out new patient papers and med list can be updated??
