About John

Dr. John Rogers serves as a faculty physician with the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Good Samaritan. In his role, he works closely with residents in the ambulatory internal medicine clinic, provides precepting and curricular support, and spends one week each month on the inpatient service alongside the hospitalist team. Dr. Rogers brings more than 15 years of experience in resident and medical student education from his time at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria.

Known for his kind, steady presence, Dr. Rogers strives to create a welcoming environment for patients. He believes deeply in the importance of helping individuals understand their health conditions so they can feel more confident, informed, and at peace during times of illness.
