Perinatal Support Services

Formerly known as Safety PIN, we work alongside your care team to keep families safe, healthy, and wrapped in support during pregnancy and your baby’s first year of life.

Support includes assistance in:

• Connection to and education from our Perinatal Nurse Navigator
• Linking families to prenatal care, mental health and/or recovery support
• Overcoming socioeconomic barriers including finding work and managing finances
• Accessing housing assistance, healthy foods, transportation, and pregnancy and infancy items
• Navigating community resources
