Good Samaritan Announces Return of Dr. Fenwick and New Center for Peak Performance

Good Samaritan is excited to welcome the return of Terry Fenwick, MD, orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, who will resume his practice at Good Samaritan on April 1, 2026. Dr. Fenwick will see patients at 2020 S. Clearview Drive in the current Good Samaritan Therapy & Sports Performance building.

With Dr. Fenwick’s return and a renewed focus on comprehensive orthopedic and rehabilitative care, Good Samaritan is proud to announce the rebranding of the facility as the Good Samaritan Center for Peak Performance.

This transformation brings orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, athletic training, and sports performance services together under one roof—creating a streamlined, patient-centered experience for people of all ages and abilities.

“Our goal is simple,” said Adam Thacker, President and CEO of Good Samaritan. “We want to help every patient return to their peak performance—whether that means running 80 yards for a touchdown, climbing stairs again after joint replacement, returning to work, or speaking clearly after a stroke.”

Beginning April 1, Dr. Fenwick will temporarily see patients within the current therapy space while the back portion of the building undergoes a major renovation to build a dedicated orthopedic clinic. Construction on the newly named Center for Peak Performance will continue over the next several months, with modernized clinical spaces, enhanced therapy

environments and better integration between orthopedic and rehabilitation teams.

Good Samaritan is thrilled to welcome Dr. Fenwick back to its orthopedic team and looks forward to expanding highly coordinated care for the community.

Patients can begin scheduling appointments with Dr. Fenwick by calling 812-885-8650. The phone line is now open, and callers may leave a message for a member of the care team to return their call and assist with scheduling.
