About Colin

From Ottawa IL, Colin attended Vanderbilt University majoring in Molecular Biology and Spanish. In Medical School, in addition to authoring five peer-reviewed publications, Colin held several leadership positions serving as President of the Careers in Medicine student group, and Chair of Publicity and Recruitment for the Rush student chapter of the AMA. Colin was a leader of RUHarmony, an organization that recruits student musicians who provide concerts for inpatients on the pediatric and geriatric wards. He enjoys fingerstyle acoustic guitar and vocal performance, computer building, as well as electronics repair, and programming. Colin is a competitive video game player who won three collegiate tournaments at a semi-professional level. He is an avid spectator and player of baseball, basketball, golf, and football.
