The nurse did not seem super friendly, and did not seem to review any of my sons history at all prior to seeing us. He was in the NICU for months and she questioned why he was just now being seen for the first time.
Dr. Nichols is very thorough. She goes over the body from head to toe, asking questions all along she shows interest in the patience personal life checking to make sure she's well rounded not just medically but you know, how is she doing socially and that type of thing. I wish there was a doctor like her for moms.
Nothing. She is a great doctor
Dr. Nichols personally called with my child's lab results after 5 PM on Friday and talked to me about them. These were normal labs and she still called herself to let me know the results. I was extremely impressed with this. Not all MD's would take the time to call after hours, especially for normal results.
We always like going to Dr. Nichols. She listens well and always takes good care of us.
Great people..
Dr. Nichols is just awesome with all three of my boys. I never have a problem with getting them in to see her, with asking her questions she always listens she's just an amazing doctor.
The tool for baby length far behind today's technology, an old hard wood board that make my baby uncomfortable all the time.
We love Dr. Nichols (or as our 3 year old calls her, Dr. Pickle).
We were not spoken to. The procedure was not explained. It took almost 8 minutes for them to draw my baby's blood and they didn't speak directly to us when things were obviously going wrong. They didn't speak to my child to try to calm him. After they gave up, they wanted us to wait to try again. We left. It was a horrible experience that resulted in an unreasonably high bill, especially when I don't think the lab techs were even qualified to do a heel stick. We will not be back. I know good nurses and doct
