Dr Watson and the nurses are the best and have been for years very happy with there care.
I waited in exam room for 1 1/2 hours before Doctor arrived. My appmt was at 8:00 and he came in at 9:30.
Once he returned from ER to care for someone there, he got right to work seeing his pts. Emergencies happen & I understood the delay. Just read my book!
Professional and friendly personnel
wait in exam room after nurse took vitals longer than should be
Waited 45 minutes after checked in by Nurse, for Dr. Watson. After he entered room cell phone rang x 3 and he took each call. He needs to allow Nurses or staff to take calls and not try to micro manage everything.
Great Doctor and friend
I think Dr. Watson is straightforward and honest and I respect his opinion.
Everyone in cardiology dept is kind, caring and compassionate. They are a terrific team!
I was in the office 4 hours, Out in the waiting room over an hour. There were problems with the fax machine receiving my lab reports. But finally, the appointment was wrapped up and everyone was very nice. Dr Watson sat by my and went over each detail, he listened to what I had to say, my questions and my concerns.
