2025 Community Health Needs Assessment

Measuring Good Samaritan’s Impact in Knox County & Beyond

The federal government requires that every three years, health care facilities must compile a report to assess the needs of its surrounding communities and devise a plan to meet the dynamic needs of its patient base. This report is called the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Good Samaritan compiled its last CHNA in 2025 and is continually responding to our service area's needs and the changing trends and innovations in the Health care field.

You can access our 2025 CHNA below. For more information on this report or any of Good Samaritan's services, call our facility at 812-882-5220 today.

After creating the above report that details the dynamic needs of our community, Good Samaritan came up with an Implementation Plan to help meet those needs. You can view them below. The 2025 implementation plan will be posted by June 30, 2026.
